Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are eligible for the following reasons:
The product does not match the description.
You received the wrong item.
The item is damaged or defective.

We offer two convenient return options:

- In-Store: Bring the item to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Our team will help process your return.
Return Costs
While we do not charge a return fee, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send items back.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once we inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund Amounts:
Item not received: 100% refund.
Wrong item or item not as described: 100% refund (item must be returned).
Damaged or defective item: 100% refund (item must be returned).
Not satisfied with the product: 80% refund (item must be returned).
Cancellation Policy
