Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted has been mistakenly removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification. Please include the following in your counter-notification:

  2. Description of the Removed Material:

    • A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. Statement of Good Faith:

    • A declaration under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification.

  4. Consent to Jurisdiction:

    • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district where Spotsilk may be found. You must also agree to accept service of process from the individual who submitted the original DMCA report or their agent.

  5. Your Signature:

    • A physical or electronic signature.
